1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Shtepio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of service

Shtepio is an online marketplace that connects property sellers with potential buyers in Kosovo. We provide a platform for listing, browsing, and contacting sellers about real estate properties. Shtepio does not participate in transactions between buyers and sellers.

3. User accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Listing content

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, including property details, pricing, and images. Shtepio reserves the right to review, modify, or remove listings that violate our content guidelines or applicable laws.

5. Prohibited conduct

Users may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to manipulate search results or platform metrics
• Harvest or collect user data without authorization

6. Payments

Certain services on Shtepio may require payment, including listing publication fees and promotional boosts. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR before any transaction.

7. Content moderation

All listings are reviewed by our team before publication. Listings may be rejected if they contain inaccurate information, misleading images, inappropriate content, or violate local regulations. Sellers will be notified of the reason for rejection and may resubmit after making corrections.

8. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises between users, we encourage direct resolution between the parties involved. Shtepio may, at its discretion, mediate disputes but is not obligated to do so. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.

9. Limitation of liability

Shtepio is a marketplace platform and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of properties, or the outcome of transactions between users. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
