• Listing content (property details, images, descriptions)
• Contact form submissions (messages between buyers and sellers)

• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

2. How we use your information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the marketplace platform
• Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Improve platform features and user experience
• Send service-related notifications and updates
• Prevent fraud and enforce our terms of service

3. Information sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only when necessary to provide our services (e.g., displaying seller contact information to buyers when explicitly enabled by the seller), comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights and safety of our users.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel and Neon (PostgreSQL). Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. When you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days. Listing data (including images) associated with published listings is retained for 12 months after the listing expires or is removed, for legal and audit purposes.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We use Vercel Analytics to understand platform usage — this collects anonymized page view data without personal identifiers. No third-party advertising trackers are used.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
